Our Programs
We specialize in functional fitness circuit training, chair-based classes tailored for less active adults, and the dynamic Pound Unplugged program. With personal training and healthy habits support, our goal is to cater to every ability, particularly focusing on those over fifty and newcomers to exercise.
About me
I am a retired oncology nurse practitioner who started running in the 1970s and strength training in my 40s. I know the struggles of balancing career and family, with our own nutrition and fitness taking a back burner to our family's needs. This can create on again off again fitness and less than ideal body composition. I have enhanced what I learned in 49 years of healthcare by becoming certified as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Group fitness Instructor by the American Council on Exercise as well as a Pound Unplugged instructor, Cancer Exercise specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach and Girls Gone Strong Menopause Specialist. I will work with you, whatever your experience and ability to help you become the healthiest version of you.
